Thank you for expressing an interest in acquiring booth space for the Buggy Festival of Church Point.

Enclosed is an application form to apply for food booths.

Please fill out completely, attach your deposit and proof of insurance, return to us before the deadline of May20th.

The buggy festival festivities will begin on the first weekend of june 5th, Friday from 6p.m.and June 6th, saturday from 10:00a.m. to 1:00a.m. on the church point city park grounds, adjacent to the church point elementary off of lougarre street.
 
food vendor's space will measure 20'long by 15' deep.
Beer & water is the only beverages that will not be sold by the vendors. 
booths beyond 20' length a charge of $25.00 will be added.
 
Please note-find with this application a form to apply with the town of Church Point, La. for an Occupational License Tax.  This is $30.00.  Also, a sales & use tax application for the Acadia Parish School Board is included.  Any questions, contact Teasie "T.C."
