837 East Ebey email: busybeetc@hotmail.com Dear Vendor: Thank you for expressing an interest in acquiring booth space for the Buggy Festival of Church Point. Enclosed is an application form to apply for food booths. Please fill out completely, attach your deposit and proof of insurance, return to us before the deadline of May20th. The Buggy Festival of Church Point will begin festivities on the first full weekend of June on the Church Point City Park grounds, adjacent to Church Point Elementary off of Lougarre Street . Food vendor’s space will measure 20’ long by 15’ deep. Booths extending beyond 20’ in length a charge of $25 will be added. Please notify us when you return your application. Trailers & campers PLEASE arrive early. Parking for your auto will be in walking distance from your booth. Some one will be available to guide you in those directions. Beer is the only beverage not allowed to be sold by vendors. Other alcohol beverage vendors must have a license and make arrangement with City Clerk for an exempt or License. All food vendors must provide license & proof of insurance coverage. No business will be finalized by phone. All necessary forms must be filled out and signed by May 20th.
