Set Up Times and Requirements Set up will start on Thursday at 9:00 am until 5:30pm . No one will be allowed to enter with a vehicle after 5:30pm this night is family night for the safety of our guest. On Friday set up times will start at 9:00am until 4:30pm . You are required to set up and have all vehicles out of the festival grounds by 4:30pm Friday. You will not be allowed to drive your vehicle back in to load up until the City Police have cleared the crowd from the Festival grounds. This policy will be strictly adhered to with NO EXCEPTIONS. These are regulations set up for the safety of our Festival guest. Electrical Requirements The cost of electric is $20.00 and must be prepaid. Only one 110vac with four plug ins is provided. Additional equipment needing plug ins will be provide at an additional cost. If additional 110vac or 220vac are needed, an electrician will be on site to assist you. Please specify on the application form what type of voltage you will need to hook up your electrical needs. Sorry no refunds (exception: Legit reason, with written proof of reason. Festival canceling due to weather conditions.) Proceeds go to our local hospital to continue the efforts to the health care for the community. Your support will make that difference!
